Thanks so much for taking the time to contact me. Outlined below is information regarding how to successfully request an appointment. I do have an appointment request form that you are more than welcome to fill out, though I so do love receiving emails with a bit more detail than the request form can provide.
In regards to any information that you send to me I would like to stress that your information is kept confidential and is never stored nor shared. I utilize several methods to ensure that your information is kept confidential and eliminated from my personal computer. I trust that you will value my privacy as well and will not share personal details regarding our time spent together.
When emailing me I do ask that you please take the time to establish who you are and to also inquire with specifics about a future appointment. One liner emails that would leave me having to pry for info will be deleted. While that my seem a bit harsh my time is quite valuable and having to fish for information over the course of several emails wastes both of our time. I trust you to be as forthcoming as possible and any sincere attempts will be honored with a response.
If you are providing references I do ask that they be from well reviewed and reputable providers. References are great in establishing validity though I do not rely upon them as a sole method of screening. In the instances that you are able to provide them please mention how they might be able to remember you and when approximately that you met with them last. Providing their contact info would be a great help too.
No references or are a Newbie? Not a problem!! Please don’t hesitate to inquire about setting up an appointment, just please keep in mind that I still need to verify that you are approaching me with honest and honorable intent. My safety is paramount and I do not make acceptions to this rule. If you have hesitations about contacting me or are nervous and unsure about contacting me due to my need for verification please keep in mind that I have an established history as a reputable provider in my community. Any attempts to research my validity will result in several reviews on local and national review boards amoungst a plethora of other information. I do hope this alleviates any uncertainty in regards to whom you are actually contacting. I only use two methods of contact:

Email contact is preferred initially until verification has been established then of course I would love to speak via phone. While calling is acceptable as well and I realize not everyone can contact me via email nor is it always the most convenient method, I might not be available when you do phone me. When leaving a message please state your name, number and an acceptable time to return your call. I do not return phone calls the following day unless instructed to do so otherwise. This is for discretionary purposes of all as I wouldn’t want to disturb you when you were not anticipating a call back. This does mean that sometimes you will not be receiving a call back from me if I cannot return you call by 5pm of the day that you called. Thus emailing is preferred over phone contact. I try to make myself as available as possible but please note that I am quite the busy bee with a full time school schedule and while I try my darndest sometimes it does take me a little while to respond.
If you happen to have a membership to a screening service such as p411, Datecheck or Roomservice please mention this or feel free to email me through their systems as well. While I am not a member of Roomservice I can screen you through there. I do belong to the other sites and can be contacted through their system.
I would like to insure you that I am not all “business.” Once past the initial process of screening then we can move on to the reason why you contacted me in the first place ;) Any attempts to facilitate the screening process on my end will be rewarded on your end!!
